1. Check the condition of the box: Before loading, please carefully check whether the vehicle body is suitable for the cargo, whether it is contaminated, damaged, or leaking. If such problems occur, you can refuse to load and immediately notify our company for replacement or repair.
2. Overloading is not allowed: The international railway intermodal transportation regulations limit the weight of goods to 60 tons per vehicle; There are many types of weight restrictions for car skins, please consult separately.
3. Unbalanced loading is not allowed: Unbalanced loading affects railway loading operations and seriously affects train safety. It is required that the center of gravity of the goods must be centered, with a deviation of no more than 10 centimeters from the center of the cross line at the bottom of the container, and balanced loading is required.
4. Good reinforcement of goods: Poor reinforcement of goods inside the carriage can cause the goods to move or even overturn when turning, seriously affecting the safety of the goods.
5. It is best to clearly label the goods according to the box number and mark, and accurately reflect them on the packing list for the convenience of tallying and customs inspection.
6. After loading, please supervise the staff to seal and both parties sign to hand over the seal number and container number.
7. The information of the goods filled in the consignment note must be consistent with the actual shipment information and waybill information, especially the product name, weight, and volume; Otherwise, it may result in inconsistent shipping costs and even fines
